T.I. Responds To New Generation Rappers Not Respecting Influential Emcees

In a recent interview with MTV, T.I. talked about the newer generation not respecting those that came before them, specifically Tupac and Biggie.

The MC had further comments aimed at Lil Xan and his contemporaries that believe dissing influential rappers of the past will build their clout.

“The younger generation wants to be respected,” says T.I. before continuing, “They feel that that respect comes from the disrespect of the former generation.”

T.I. will be featured as one of many rappers in the upcoming Netflix series, ‘Rapture’, it will be released March 30th.
