Former Roc-A-Fella Records and current Roc Nation signee, Freeway, was diagnosed with kidney failure almost three years ago. He updated his fans on his condition via Instagram from Baltimore’s John Hopkins Hospital.
He made sure to also post a picture with one of the doctors helping him get his transplant.
Freeway has allowed fans to see his health journey step-by-step. He is also the official ambassador for the National Kidney Foundation.
