Jamie Foxx is currently being accused of allegedly slapping a woman with his penis while partying in Vegas in 2002. The woman claims Foxx struck her face with his private part after she refused to go any further with him. She says this lead to a trauma giving her a severe panic, even resulting in visiting the hospital the next day.

However, Foxx did respond to these claims. He said that they were “absurd” and false completely denying the incident.

Foxx’s attorney, Allison Hart says, “Jamie emphatically denies that this incident ever occurred, and he will be filing a report with the Las Vegas Police Department against the woman for filing a false police report against him.”

Who knows how this will play out, but hopefully both parties settle this soon.
