R. Kelly is once again in trouble, but this time for allegedly trashing two rental mansions he had in the past three years.

SB Property Management is now looking for Kelly for the $203,400 in alleged property damages. Both properties are in the Atlanta suburb of Johns Creek, Georgia.

The civil lawsuits claim R. Kelly moved out of the homes without properly terminating his lease, which was contractually obligated. One of the homes was allegedly filled with trash and also had two broken windows.

R.Kelly’s representatives have not said anything regarding the situation.
