Fabolous has had a rough year in terms of his domestic violence case after allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, Emily B. Although the couple seems to be on good terms, Fab appeared in court yesterday denying all charges.

According to Bossip, the rapper pled not guilty to all four felony charges in the case from the alleged assault of Emily B. Fab’s lawyer, Brian Neary said his client was “not guilty” in court on Monday, although the prosecutors did offer Fab a possible plea deal. This agreement would mean that the case wouldn’t have to go to trial.

Fabolous and his lawyer will take more time to review the plea deal, although they are set to be back in court in December.
