Will Smith has reportedly been forced to turn in his financial records to the authorities as part of a lawsuit brought against Duane Martin. Smith was hit with a subpoena which will make him turn in his personal email interactions with Martin. As previously reported, a fraud lawsuit was launched against Martin to work on the money granted to him in the bankruptcy case. Martin allegedly hasn’t paid the money as of yet.

According to The Blast, the trustee overseeing Martin’s bankruptcy filed a lawsuit which will be stating Smith’s cooperation to Martin. Smith reportedly loaned Martin close to $1.4 million in a loan that was granted to Martin in 2018. Martin was supposed to buy a home with the money, but it’s now a part of the fraud case.

Although the lawsuit is only aimed toward Martin, hopefully it all gets resolved soon.
