Cash Money’s Birdman is undoubtedly a hip hop legend. Having worked with the likes of Mannie Fresh, Juvenile and one of the greatest rappers of all time, Lil Wayne, Birdman’s legacy is cemented in hip hop royalty. With so many accolades to his name, the mogul has come forward to give himself the respects he deserves.

“Really been doin this s***,” Birdman wrote on Instagram. “#stunnaman original uptown s*** #king of hip hop yung Stunna.” The accompanying picture finds Birdman when he was just a Birdboy, posted up alongside some decorative plants. From the look of it, it would appear some networking is at play, no surprise given his nature as a businessman.

The picture has since been deleted, but it showed a young Birdman still on the come-up.
