R. Kelly’s legacy and career suffered irreparable damage when the Surviving R. Kelly documentary was released earlier this year. Since then he’s been dropped from his record label, cancelled by the people and gone to jail twice. Just last month, Kelly was arrested on ten counts of aggravated sexual abuse, but was ultimately bailed out. The singer was then arrested again for owing around $161K in child support. Since then he’s been freed again, but now new evidence has come out that could have the singer locked up for good.

According to TMZ, a third sex tape has emerged which reportedly show him having sex with minors. The man who turned in the footage is called Gary Dennis and he held a news conference in New York City to talk about the matter.

On the other hand, R. Kelly’s attorney, Steve Greenberg and his client still deny ever having sex with a minor.

“R. Kelly denies that he is on any tape with underage girls. The doubt here is self-evident, with reporting that the man on the tape kinda, sorta looks like R Kelly. That doesn’t make it him. It is not him.” He says.
