Tyeler Reign checks in with Romeo from 93.5 KDAY to talk about being on ‘The Rap Game’, new music that’s on the way, having a shoe deal at 17 and much more.
While the artist delivered on the Lifetime original show ‘The Rap Game’, which famed producer Jermaine Dupri had his production hands in, Reign tells Romeo that her making it to the show was a long journey. The teen star originally auditioned for the show back in 2017. Reign says, “I’ve been watching ‘Rap Game’ for the past four seasons and then when they was doing the fifth sense, I was like, you know what, I’m just going to try it out and see if I get on. So, I was just like, okay. And, if it don’t happen, it don’t happen. But, if it do, I’m gonna go in there and devour.” Tyeler continues saying,”They [Lifetime] called and they did a skype interview and they was just like, okay, we’ll hit you back with more information if you get in or what not. So, I was like, “okay”. That was October of 2017.”
Tyeler goes on to talk her shoe deal which she shares is all fashionable and comfortable and also reveals that she is the youngest to have her apparel deals and even talks her dream collabs, her upcoming project, and performing with Yo-Yo at the 10th Anniversary of Krush Groove.
