What better way to cool down on a hot summer day than with a refreshing Slurpee from your local 7-Eleven store. Thankfully the store will be offering their famous drinks today for free.
Today, 7-Eleven is giving away free small Slurpee drinks from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m (7/11). According to reports from the chain, the franchise plans to give away about 9 million free Slurpee drinks across the U.S. Not only will the Slurpees be free, but a wide variety of their products will be discounted, including $1 hot dogs, pizza slices, Cherry Slurpee cookies, and Nashville Hot Chicken Tenders.
Customers will also be able to get a coupon for a second free Slurpee if they can scan their card or phone number on the 7-Eleven app after receiving their first free drink. From there, a free Slurpee coupon will appear in the app. The coupon will be valid for 30 days, until August 12.
A third free Slurpee, this time medium size, will be available if the customer places a delivery order through the 7NOW delivery app tomorrow. 7NOW delivery will be free for the first three orders.
7-Eleven has been keeping their free 7/11 Slurpee tradition alive since 2002, and this year the brand us set to debut a new Slurpee flavor: Blueberry Lemonade.
