With many teams looking to turn to their backup quarterbacks for week three of the NFL, Colin Kaepernick continues to be an option for squads to sign.

For example, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is set to miss the rest of the season with an elbow surgery, with many people, including Snoop Dogg, believing Kaepernick could be an option. Drew Brees is also out for the New Orleans Saints, Cam Newton isn’t completely healthy, and New York Jets QB Sam Darnold is sidelined with mono.

According to SNY, Kaepernick’s agent is saying the former 49ers quarterback is “literally in the best shape of his life.” The agent has reportedly been reaching out to several teams, as they have their quarterback issues.
