This Thursday, Burger King comes out with a new burger appropriate for the season. Dubbed the ‘Ghost Whopper’, BK is coming with this holiday occasion looking to take things to the next level. Burger King is known for being consistent in experimenting with their sandwiches, and this year they’re looking to connect their menu to the spirit world, and the Ghost Whopper is going to help them do just that.
Available starting October 24th, for a limited time only, Burger King is letting their wizardry go for $4.59. The sandwich is comprised of a ¼ lb of savory flame-grilled beef topped with juicy tomatoes, fresh lettuce, creamy mayonnaise, ketchup, crunchy pickles, and sliced white onions on a White Cheddar Cheese flavored, white sesame seed bun. If you remember their seasonal sandwich last year (the ‘Nightmare King’), BK is sure to deliver and already has their loyal following buzzing with anticipation.
You could say Burger King is fixated on Halloween, and has most definitely brought other creepy sandwiches to the table before. The above-mentioned Nightmare King, we got last year. What’s more, the Halloween Whopper graced us in 2015 made with A1 steak sauce that at the time, was most appropriate for the spine-shivering season. Season 3 of Stranger Things also came with the fan-favorite Upside Down Whopper. This year, the preparation for the Ghost Whopper is well conditioned.
