Joe Budden is undoubtedly one of the biggest names in hip hop media. Since his retirement from rapping, he’s managed to garner a loyal fan base in the podcasting world.

Spotify has officially revealed their numbers for the year, and it appears Joe secured the top spot. The Joe Budden Podcast was Spotify’s number-one most listened to podcast of the year. Budden took to Twitter and said “#1 since i landed, 3 hours, twice a week, for over a year. I’ma need some respect on my name soon.”

Joe’s had one of the biggest comebacks in hip hop history. Together with his cohosts, Rory, Mal and Parks, Budden has a strong support group to continue being the best outlet in hip hop media.
