There were rumors last week that Snoop Dogg could be a guest commentator in NHL 20 and now they appear to be true. The legendary rapper will be a voice in the video game, but not only that, he will also be a playable character.
Snoop already has experience commentating, as he previously commentated an LA Kings game earlier this year. He also did some play-by-play during a Spurs vs Lakers game last month. Not only that, the Long Beach rapper has already been added to Madden 20’s “Superstar KO” mode as a wide receiver, where he joins other artists like DJ Khaled and Lil Yachty.
When EA announced the game back in June, they hinted at the possibility of other celebrity guests. Some of these people included: Will Ferrell, Drake, Wayne Gretzky and, of course, Snoop. Considering this, there might be other special commentators on the way.
