Legendary producer Scott Storch has been authentically open about his road to recovery and his sobriety after being addicted to drugs for eight years. As he has lent his musical genius to help usher in iconic hip-hop and pop music moments, Storch is now giving back to those who are continuing to battle addiction and looking for healing.

Over the weekend, the multi-platinum and Grammy-nominated producer opened The Heavenly Center in Studio City, California. Posting the gratifying moment to his official Instagram account, Storch stood by respected music manager and producer Steve Lobel and national recovery advocate Nick Morgan during the ribbon ceremony marking a new beginning for many struggling with with addiction. “I spent 8 years addicted to drugs and was able to get sober and rebuild my life. Now it’s my turn to help save lives with my cannabis for healing rehab @theheavenlycenterofficial, “ Scott wrote on the reflective social media post.

Back in 2018, Storch released a tell-all documentary ‘Still Storch’ which detailed the rise of his career as a super producer and how he “dropped the ball” with spending his fortune and his drug habits.

Congrats to Storch on his new center and all of those he will lend his help to in the future.
