The iconic Cypress Hill checked in with KDAY Morning Show hosts Cece and Romeo to chat about their imprint in the culture, all thanks to After Hours with Cypress Hill, presented by Cerveza Montejo.
The South Gate natives will be celebrating 30 years in the music game with their self-titled debut album, which dropped back 1991. DJ Muggs, Sen Dog, and B-Real all reflected on the success they’ve had over the years, explaining that production on their debut album was all experimental and was a capsule of what life was like coming up.
The trio also individually name their top two influences in hip-hop, which include Flavor Flav, KRS-One, Ice-T, EPMD, and many more.
