Bay Area legend, E-40 is once again suing a second author in the span of 8 months for using his “Captain Save A H**” line without his permission.

40 demanded that Erika Kane’s Captain Save A H** book be taken off the shelves. He also said that all profits made should be given to him, with this said, the case has recently been settled out of court.

Recently, another author by the name of CJ Allen has penned a book with that same title, and E-40 made sure to file a cease and desist order. He also has every right to defend this line, as he filed the necessary copyright documents for his 1993 song “Captain Save A Hoe.”

One only hopes this does not escalate into anything else, best of luck to all parties involved.
