Jermaine Dupri just announced his iconic label’s 25th anniversary tour. So So Def Records is turning 25 this year and Dupri is making sure it’s honored as one of the most important tours ever. It’s reported that big names will join the label tour. Bow Wow, Youngbloodz, Da Brat and Dem Franchize Boyz are part of the lineup for sure. On the other side, singer Anthony Hamilton and legendary R&B groups, Xscape and Jagged Edge are set to become a part of the crew as well as many others.
The tour will kick off in the fall, ultimately ending in Los Angeles on November 2. Tickets will be available as of August 3.
Dupri did not shy away from showing his excitement for the tour.
“Blessings are bigger when you share them. One of my biggest blessings is to be able to go tour with all my artists. I can’t wait!!!” He said.
With the tour, Dupri has also assembled a compilation album in honor of the celebration. The album is also set to feature rare tracks with the likes of Kanye West and The Notorious B.I.G.
