Fat Joe is being sued by his former-business partner who helped him open up a sneaker shop. According to TMZ, Scott Spina, who is the business partner, is suing Joe for allegedly cheating him out of money after kicking him out of the business.

Spina claims he contributed $150,000 of his own money to start the sneaker shop and managed to get an additional $300,000 from investors and loans. On the first day, they made a total of $175,000, but then Spina was kicked out the company just 20 days later.

Spina claims Joe owes him the $150,000 that he invested in the business, plus a share from the company, which is why he is suing.
