With multiple lawsuits surrounding him at the moment, Birdman is at risk of losing his Miami recording studio.

According to The Blast, EMG Transfer group has filed documents against Birdman regarding his Hit Factory Criteria Recording Studios in Miami, EMG is currently trying to take control of the music facility. Birdman is being accused of not paying any rent made from the clients that have used the facility, despite a court order.

Birdman responded in court documents, saying that his facility does not receive any rent. He claims new artists use the studio and is also used to create demos for those that may become major stars.

This lawsuit comes after EMG accused Birdman of not paying back a $12 million loan which he got by using his mansion and studio as collateral. Birdman has previously sold the mansion and may soon lose the studio.
