Tha Carter V is a huge success for Lil Wayne. However, it seems fans have not heard everything Wayne had to say while recording for the album.
Cash Money producer, Mannie Fresh was recently interviewed by Shaheem Reid for LiveXLive, and he revealed there are records that they’ve worked on that have not been released. Fresh hinted that he might be dropping some of those songs soon.
“The last time we worked on the Carter. Lot of people don’t know but we got probably did 13 songs. We dumbed it down to 2, and we did that in like three days. So the chemistry is still there, still crazy. And dude is like ‘let this ride’ and Ill put those songs out so the world will get to hear Mannie Fresh x Carter. It will be the ‘Fresh Files’.” He said.
A release date has yet to be released for the album, but hopefully it drops sometime soon.
