Two months ago Eminem dropped his surprise album, “Kamikaze,” which saw him come back to form on a lyrical standpoint. The legendary Detroit rapper may have seen the need to redeem himself (in the eyes of many) after letting his fans down with “Revival.” However, Kamikaze was commercially successful as it has just been revealed that he has earned platinum certification in the U.S.

It’s been common for Eminem to receive these honors, but one more can’t hurt.

It’s important to note that many praise this album more, as it sees him going back to the basics. Salute to Eminem for the platinum status and for dropping a dope project.

Eminem’s ‘Kamikaze’ is now eligible for Platinum in the US.
