Back in the summer, Usher had several people come out and accuse him of allegedly infecting them with herpes. One of these people was a male by the name of John Doe, who was after Usher to get his medical records after the singer allegedly gave him herpes.

According to Doe, he and Usher had a sexual encounter at a spa in Korea Town. The singer had since refused to hand over any documents, but now according to The Blast, John has dropped his inquiry about the records.

There has been no explanation as to why John has withdrawn his position on the records. Usher previously settled a case with Quantasia Sharpton about the alleged herpes scandal, while the one with Laura Helm is still ongoing.
