TLC has had an interesting history. From numerous classics to a terrible record deal to the passing of Left Eye, the 2013 TLC biopic did not cover the entire story. Now, it seems like TLC will have a Broadway music on the way, as Chilli and T-Boz confirmed to Cheddar that they’re currently in the writing process.

“We have so many stories to tell,” Chilli said. “We didn’t tell it all in our biopic we did with VH1. A lot of good stuff. It’s gonna be very emotional but a good ride.”

The duo still have a lot to tell about the TLC story, including the time Left Eye signed to Death Row Records, which is something worth going in-depth about.

Chilli continues by stating that the group never expected to have timeless music and tracks like they did.

“We’re so blessed to have longevity and a lot of our music is timeless,” Chilli continued. “When you’re in the studio working you have no idea if your song is going to be like that. Time tells that.”

TLC is currently on a North American tour with Nelly and Flo Rida.
