Master P is no stranger to working in things outside of music. The No Limit Records CEO is looking to continue as a filmmaker, as he will capitalize on the success of his I Got The Hook Up 2 movie. Master P has also signed a deal with Lionsgate to produce his biopic, King Of The South: Ice Cream Man, and now he’s announced his upcoming movie.
His upcoming film, Get Da Bag has officially received a writer and director. Jamal Hill has previously worked on films including Brotherly Love, Deuces, and On Tour with Meek Mill. Master P previously described the film as a “crime action and drama that takes place in LA…Women that should be in college but find themselves loving the fast life, taking matters into their own hands by any means to survive and to get the bag.”
Although the cast hasn’t been revealed as of yet, P described it as a “female super star cast with a couple of new rising stars.”
