Over the past couple of years, Usher’s been the target of multiple sexual abuse allegations. Even though the singer claims his innocence, he’s been looking to settle the issues with his accusers. Now, it appears things are turning out for the best as Quantasia Sharpton, the woman who accused him of infecting her with herpes, has now dropped the lawsuit.

According to The Blast, it’s still not clear whether there was a settlement outside of court or if she simply chose to drop it. Sharpton is one of three people who sued the singer, with Jane Doe and John Doe also claiming to have been infected with herpes.

Sharpton claims to have had sex with the singer on her birthday after his performance in Atlantic City. Although he’s denied the allegations, a couple people have taken her side as well as a video that circulated where he’s seen taking her on-stage.
