LeBron James will undoubtedly go down as one of the greatest NBA players of all time. He’s also one of the last players to ever be drafted straight out of high school while playing for Saint Vincent Saint Mary’s. It was clear that James would become a megastar from the beginning, considering the hype that surrounded him, its safe to say he met and surpassed those expectations.
During his time in high school, LeBron made it to the cover of Sports Illustrated and was wearing his high school basketball team’s jersey. Bron gifted the jersey to a friend and now, it is being auctioned off.
According to TMZ, the jersey will be starting off with bids of $300K and could go as high as $500K. Now, considering what James has accomplished, the price should not be too surprising.
You can bid for the jersey at Goldin Auctions.
