Disgraced singer R. Kelly is not only facing child abuse cases, he’s also constantly in trouble for not making his child support payments. Before being placed behind bars, Kelly was threatened to be sent to jail many times for not giving his ex-wife, Drea Kelly, her monthly support of $20,833.

Somehow Kelly managed to come with the money to pay Drea, even though he claimed to be broke. Although, earlier this month, prosecutors discovered that the singer’s money from his royalties were being redirected to the bank account of a friend. Drea found out about this and is now asking for Kelly’s royalties to be used to pay for his child support payments.

Now, according to TMZ, the court has ordered Kelly to pay up with his royalties.

Kelly is currently in jail awaiting his trial on numerous federal and state charges.
