Emilio Rivera checked in to the LIVE Midday Ride with host Cece to discuss his hit show Mayans M.C. and how his journey of sobriety continues to inspire his fans and their families.

While dealing with the global covid pandemic, Rivera says that the time away from work allowed him to spend more time with his family and also revealed that there is a lot in store for the Mayans series.

Emilio is quite the staple in the film and television industry and is no doubt that his life’s journey has greatly impacted the culture. Speaking on how acting saved his life and his journey of sobriety, Emilio admits that he’s considered creating a biopic or working on a book, but he would not want his past to negatively influence someone else.
