Hip-hop vet and business mogul Master P is providing some major assistance for the people of New Orleans who have been devastated by the latest hurricane to rip through the south.
Just as the unforgettable Hurricane Katrina ravaged the Louisiana city, Hurricane Ida has sadly impacted the thriving city and left extensive damage. Former rapper and NOLA native Master P caught up with TMZ to share his plan to help those in need through the efforts of his water company, LA Great. As Ida has left over a million people without power and has caused multiple deaths, P is ready to get to his hometown to deliver clean water and food during the time of need.
“Well, you know what? It’s gon’ take a lot of prayers,” Master P shared with the news outlet. He continues, “Also, I got a water company called LA Great water. If you need some help or need some assistance, we gonna make sure our people get water. Make sure we’re able to feed our people and help them get back. Hurricane Katrina was a tough one, this one even tougher for us. The lights been out for a while, no phone access, so we definitely trying to figure it out, man. And it’s gonna take all of us coming together.”
