The late, legendary New York rapper Notorious B.I.G.’s famed NYC apartment is up for sale for $1.7 million, according to The Post.
Biggie owned the apartment back in 1994, when he and then-wife Faith Evans and her daughter, Chyna Tahjere Griffin, lived in the Fort Greene neighborhood residence, and he even dropped one of his most notable albums ‘Ready To Die’ during this time.
Currently owned by Caroline Duncan, a notable costume designer who has previously worked on award-winning shows including “The Affair” and “When They See Us,” the two-bedroom, two-bathroom duplex is only blocks away from the street that has been named after him. The home was also featured in the 2020 documentary “Biggie: The Life of Notorious B.I.G.” The duplex has gone through some major updates with renovation features that include a newly installed chef’s kitchen, 12-foot-high ceilings, a wood-burning brick fireplace, large timber beams, and “an immense arched window.”

While Biggie’s legacy continues to permeate through New York City, there was a recent collab with Budweiser that dropped and featured an exclusive NY tall can and merch line.
