There pretty much isn’t anything that is off-limits when you’re Kanye West, the BILLIONAIRE.
The “Jail” rapper reportedly racked up some major dough based on his ‘Donda’ merch alone, and it looks like West is already on to his next investment with the purchase of a new Malibu beach-front property. The new mansion is reportedly worth $57.3 million and is one of the only homes in the country designed by famed Japanese architect Tadao Ando. Ye is no stranger to the minimalistic approach when it comes to fashion and his living quarters and the latest purchase is a mix of what many are describing as a mansion and a military bunker.

The three-story home features tons of concrete and reinforced steel and while it overlooks the beach, West is extremely close to his neighbors. The property was actually on the market for quite sometime before the Chicago native decided to close on the home. According to TMZ, the new front is just 30 minutes away from the massive compound the father of four already has with his wife Kim Kardashian.
